Woo Withdrawals: Processing Time, Limits and KYC

Daily: €4 000, $4 000 USD, 4 000 CAD/AUD/NZD (or equivalent in another currency).

Weekly (rolling 7-day): €16 000, $16 000 USD, 16 000 CAD/AUD/NZD (or equivalent in another currency), calculated over the previous 7 days from the time of the withdrawal request, including the current day.

Any winnings, whether obtained through bonuses or real money play, may be subject to forfeiture if the player does not provide complete KYC information within 40 days from the date of the request.

We will make reasonable efforts to contact you regarding withdrawal requests; however, if we are unable to reach you by email or phone within two (2) weeks from the withdrawal request date, your account may be locked due to failure to complete the KYC process.

The player is fully responsible for paying all fees and taxes applied to their winnings according to the laws of the jurisdiction of the player's residence. If a user makes a deposit and does not place any bets, the Company reserves the right to cover our fees in case the user withdraws.

If a player requests a withdrawal but the total bets placed since their last deposit amount to less than three times that deposit, the Casino may charge the player for transaction processing fees related to deposits and withdrawals.

If a player refuses to provide the requested documents or if discrepancies are found between the submitted documents and the actual information, the casino reserves the right to close the player's account and confiscate any funds held in the account.

If the player exceeds the maximum bet when the bonus is active, Woocasino reserves the right to confiscate the winnings.

All deposit bonuses must be wagered x40. Unless stated otherwise, no-deposit and free spin bonuses must be wagered x40 times before the funds can be withdrawn. A minimum deposit of €20 is required to cash out following a no-deposit or a free spin bonus.

Both the bonus and the winnings will be removed once the bonus expires.

The maximum you will ever be able to withdraw from play with funds associated with a nodeposit bonus is 50 EUR, 50 USD, 500 NOK, 75 CAD, 75 AUD, 75 NZD.

The maximum winnings that will be paid out resulting from a cashback bonus, comp points bonus, tournament bonus, any deposit bonus except welcome bonus, personal VIP bonus or the weekly bonus will be 10,000 EUR/USD/CAD/AUD, 100,000 NOK.

While you have active bonus, maximum bet for all game types (slots, live games, table games, scratch, action games) is 5 EUR / 5 USD / 50 NOK / 8 CAD / 8 AUD / 8 NZD (Unless stated otherwise in special terms for the bonus).

If You have not logged in or logged out for six consecutive months, your account obtains Inactive (dormant) status. The Casino reserves the right to charge Your account for a monthly administrative fee of a minimum 25 EUR (or an equivalent amount in your account active balance currency) as long as Your account has a positive balance.
