Withdrawal processing time
Requests to withdraw funds are worked through by the financial department within 3 (three) business days after the request is made and/or 3 (three) business days after the last withdrawal request was paid out, provided all other conditions are met and checks are completed, as outlined in the Terms.

I’m following up on my experience . It’s been 10 days the documents still not checked. Remember site tells u 24 hours to get verification approved . It’s been terrible experience . I have reached for help , give u same copy and paste answers . If u deposit, u cannot withdraw because documents still not checked and they block withdrawals from happening . Stay away .
Deposit and withdrawal fees
Minimum funds rollover before a withdrawal is x1 (one). Wagering and bonus expiry

Scam casino..5days passed withdrawals delayed. Vip manager- Thiago replied 3 days back it will be executed shortly. God knows whats meaning of word Shortly in his English dictionary. Chat support is waste who just copy paste and give no resolution. I had also disputed about 225$ credit but still not done.
Once again ive had my withdrawals cancelled with the same excuse that my bank has cancelled them when they havent .I had the same problem last week which after much complaining was sorted and now it's happened again you have taken my deposits with no problems and now I have to fight for my money once again.
