Withdrawal processing time
Requests to withdraw funds are worked through by the financial department within 3 (three) business days after the request is made and/or 3 (three) business days after the last withdrawal request was paid out, provided all other conditions are met and checks are completed, as outlined in the Terms.

Really terrible casino I withdrew £160 from them but it's still pending for nearly 3 days. I sent them messages and emails had no reply back from them at all 😠
Financial department agents process requests for withdrawing monetary funds from 6 AM to 5 PM GMT, Monday-Friday.
Withdrawal limits
At any time, a customer may have a maximum of 3 (three) pending withdrawals on the account.
Withdrawals not accurate they say 3-5 days I been waiting 10 days and withdrawal limits are low and if u wait this long between each withdrawal if u take out three which is there max at a time u will prob be waiting 6 weeks plus for your money and seems like it’s just bots msg back def scammy site !

Verification (KYC) before you withdraw
You must provide these documents and information within 30 (thirty) days after the request is made.
I've made a withdrawal which was a few weeks back they keep asking for more documentation would any1 know exactly wot I need to send this sight is not on u don't need that much documentation to spend yr money though bloody joke
I tried to withdraw many times now I have only one option via bank tried everything banking details are correct even spoke to consultants emailed pictures gave bank confirmation info. Every time they say my bank account number is not correct how can it be if it matches my documents

Deposit and withdrawal fees
we reserve the right to cancel all winnings and keep the commission of 10% (ten percent) (but not less than 0.75 CAD of the amount of the last deposit as payment expenses, and the 15% (fifteen percent) commission if your account balance has been charged with a bank card or bank transfer.
Something fishy with this company. Took more than my deposit despite having no fees. Blamed my bank. Of course it wasn't my bank. Also it showed up on my bank statement as digikey a legitimate computer sales company in Budapest which apparently has no affliation. I gave benefit of doubt kept playing but dead spins. Closed account, joined a different site and same thing. They won't tell me if they are affiliated with spinit but my guess is this is one huge scam by the same people

When winnings can be voided

Even though I dislike trustpoilet I have to say so you people know. This casnio is a scam. They cancelled my withdrawal multiple times and wouldn't be honest why or give me a reason these people are scum stay away you won't ever get your withdrawal and if they reply to this is nothing but lies I had them same withdrawal made over 2weeks 4 times and then they cancelled it again. Wagering and bonus expiry
Wagering requirement has to be met within 10 (ten) days for casino bonuses and 30 (thirty) days for sports bonuses after the bonus is received. Once this period has expired, the available bonus and any winnings derived therefrom will be voided.
Customers attempting to withdraw funds before the wagering requirements are met will have their bonus balance and all winnings derived therefrom voided.
Maximum win from bonuses and free spins
If you received any no-deposit free spins, you agree to have your winnings from this promotion capped at 120 CAD, in addition to the wagering requirement of x40 (forty) on the derived winnings.
Any no-deposit casino bonus has wagering requirements of x40 (forty). Any such bonus has a maximum withdrawal limit of x5 (five) the bonus amount received.

Inactive account fees
If an Account Holder does not log into his Account for a period of 180 (one hundred eighty) days, the Account will be considered as 'Inactive Account'.
Each Month we may charge 10 CAD as an administration fee while the Account remains Inactive.

All promotions are restricted for residents of Armenia, Tunisia, Bosnia And Herzegovina, Indonesia, Georgia, Malaysia.
If at any time online gambling in your jurisdiction becomes illegal or otherwise restricted, you must immediately close your account with the Website and stop using its services.

Withdrawals are a major problem. They will do anything in their power to delay you from withdrawing. You will have to make complaints to askgamblers or casinoguru over and over again to get your money. Similar casino to frumzi and spinsy. Just stay away please.
