This site scams people; do not register. You will simply be robbed under the pretext of having multiple accounts. They are not a reputable operation, nor do they provide quality services. Stay away from this platform. I had the bad luck of getting lucky, and my money got stolen. I was registered with Jackbit, not Jack.com; they switched sites without notifying me, and now I'm being penalized because of the old site? I just don't get it! They simply stole €3,200 from me.
Wagering and bonus expiry
The deposited money is subject to a minimum 1x wagering prior to being withdrawn.
Wager requirements are not provided clearly. Customer support only references "internal policies" that have been set for wagering requirements, which aren't mentioned in the terms of service. Not trustable.
The casino has a good variety of games and have withdrawn with ease after uploading ID which is great. My issue is the bonus system has changed and in all honesty it’s awful. I’ve wagered over 300k since joining and it doesn’t count for anything with regards to free spins or bonus. As it stands rainbets rewards system is much better and have started using this more due them valuing current customers more. Response to jack. Nothing has happened I was just highlighting how the bonus system isn’t very good, however I have emailed your support with my account details.
Maximum win from bonuses and free spins
The maximum amount that We shall be obliged to pay to You in respect of any single bet or spin, including any single bonus round or free spin, shall be limited to and in no event shall exceed the amount of equivalent to 500 000 (five hundred thousand) USD (the "Maximum Win Limit").
Inactive account fees
An inactive (dormant) account is a Player Account which a player has not logged into or logged out of for twelve (12) consecutive months. If your Player Account is deemed to be inactive, the Company reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of 10 EUR or the equivalent in another currency (or the current balance of your account, if less) as long as the balance of your account remains positive.

Complaints and disputes
Please note that in order your complaint to be considered, You must submit it within 2 (two) months of the issue occurring/arising.
Removed all my winnings after I requested a withdrawal. Claimed I had violated terms and conditions section 8&9. Complete nonsense of course. Just another scammy operator abusing the fact there is no regulatory body. Stay away! Edit: Yes, someone in my house once had an account on JACKBIT.com, I had an account on JACK.com. How am I supposed to know this is the same company? Why then do you have a separate trustpilot?!
If the dispute is not resolved on the casino management level, you can contact any independent body, gaming authority or the licensing regulator listed on the Website.
